RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from LiftBase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they meet ALL of the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or order number)
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Resistance bands and elastic bands
- Yoga mats and exercise mats
- Lifting gloves and grips
- Mouthguards
- Any item marked "Final Sale" on the product page
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Email support@liftbase.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. We will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item to the address provided. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email support@liftbase.store within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost — no return shipment required.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund within 10 business days of our approval: check your bank account again, contact your credit card company (processing time may vary), and if you've done both and still have not received the refund, contact us at support@liftbase.store.
