Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, as long as the order hasn't shipped. Contact us within 12 hours of placing the order and we'll do our best to make changes. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you can return it under our 30-day return policy.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and state requirements.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on every order, no minimum.
How long until my order arrives?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the order date.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes — you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track from our Track Your Order page.
Products
Are the products suitable for beginners?
Yes. Every product page lists what muscles it works and who it's best for. If you're not sure which item suits your level, message us and we'll point you to the right one.
What's the maximum weight capacity of your equipment?
Each product page lists its specific weight limit. As a rule, our strength stations support 250+ lbs and our resistance bands are rated for full-body use by adults.
Does the equipment require assembly?
Some items (like the 3-in-1 Home Gym Station and the Power Dip Station) need basic assembly. An illustrated manual is included with every order. Most setups take 15-30 minutes with the tools provided.
Do you sell replacement parts?
For items still under warranty, yes — contact support. For older items, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
Returns & Warranty
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item that's unused and in its original packaging. Full details on the Refund Policy page.
Who pays for return shipping?
For defective or wrong-item cases, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
